Diffusion Filter Test

Diffusion filters. Love them or hate them, we need to understand them. Joshua compared Black Pro-Mist, Black Satin, and Hollywood Black Magic at 1/4 strength to understand the differences.

All of these were shot on the Red Komodo in R3D HQ at 6K 2x Anamorphic. The wide shots were at T/2.8 and the tights were at T/4. Below, you can see a direct comparison between the clear shot vs the different diffusions.
